摘  要:阐述了宣钢一高线加热炉燃烧控制系统的优化方法。针对该燃烧系统燃气热值不稳定、流量元件检测不准、阀门流量特性偏失的特点,对现有的双交叉限幅中每个控制环节(温度PID、燃气流量PID、流量限制、优选系数)进行分析,采用设置PID死区、温度流量控制方向一致性检查、流量与阀门输出限制、温度前馈、系数分段设置等优化手段。通过大量的现场试验与验证,最终实现较为稳定的燃烧控制,解决了业主之忧。The optimization method for combustion control system of Xuansteel high speed wire heating furnace is described. To solve the problems of unstable gas calorific value,inaccurate gas flow measurement and deviant valves flow,every control unit in the original double-cross-limit controlling is analyzed and optimized by setting the PID dead zone,checking the consistency of temperature/flow control direction,limiting the output for flow and valve,feeding forward the temperature and dividing the coefficients into segments. After a large number of engineering practices,the stable combustion control is finally implemented,which solves the problem in the objective.
