摘　　要：介绍德国IMS公司三点式γ射线源测厚仪的系统概况,详细研究γ射线测厚仪的检测技术和实现方法,深入分析γ射线测厚仪在钢板测厚方面的技术特点和应用情况。This paper introduces the system situation of the IMS 3-head γ-ray thickness gauge. The detection technology and implementation method of γ-ray thickness gauge is analyzed and the technical characteristics and applications of γ-ray thickness gauge in the thickness measurement for steel plate is studied.
