摘　　要：介绍钢铁企业MES架构和质量管理设计流程,对公司热轧MES质量检验功能模块的问题点进行了论述,在信息维护、自动判定、流程再造等方面做了大量优化工作。通过实际应用,有效提高了质量检验各环节的工作效率,满足了产品开发、质量管控、物料跟踪等多方面需求。This paper introduced the design process of MES structure and quality management in iron and steel enterprises,and discussed the problems of the MES quality inspection function module of the hot rolling MES. In the aspects of information maintenance,automatic determination and process reengineering,a lot of optimization work has been done. Through practical application,the work efficiency of each stage in the quality inspection has been improved effectively,which met the requirements of product development,quality control and material tracking.
