摘　　要：电炉炼钢生产线计算机控制系统是一个过程管理系统,用于监控、优化电炉的生产过程,贯穿从生产计划到出钢的各个阶段。结合山东钢铁100 t电炉炼钢生产过程不智能、物料信息跟踪不及时等问题,引入过程控制计算机设备,通过装配设备、构建系统等,使计算机控制系统能够为电炉各阶段的生产提供精准的数据支持。The electric furnace computer control system is a process management system, which is used to monitor and optimize the production process of electric furnace, and run through all stages from production plan to tapping. Combined with Shandong iron and steel 100T EAF steelmaking process problems, the introduction of a series of process control computer equipment, assembly equipment, construction of system, through the model establishment, which after the application of the computer control system can provide accurate data support set into each stage of the production of electric furnace.
