断管挂线引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘65例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察断管挂线引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效,将130例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。观察组采用断管挂线引流术治疗,对照组采用切开挂线引流术治疗,并对2组治愈率、创面愈合时间及复发等方面进行比较。结果显示,观察组治愈率为98.5%,对照组为93.8%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在创面愈合时间及复发等方面,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,断管挂线引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘具有治愈率高、创面愈合时间短、不易复发等优点,值得临床推广应用。This study was to observe the effect of high complex anal fistula^treated with tract-cutting off thread-drawing drainage procedure, randomly divided 130 cases of this fistula into observation group and control one,65 cases for each,which the former received above procedure,meanwhile the latter received in- cision ＆ thread-drawing drainage procedure;then compared both group＇s curative rate, wound-surface heal- ing time and recurrence status.As results,in curative rate the former was significantly higher than that the latter（98.5% vs 93.8%, P -Q0.05） ;in wound-surface healing time,in recurrence status the former was su- perior to the latter（ P〈0.05）.Results show that tract-cutting off ＆ thread-drawing drainage procedure for high complex anal fistula has high curative rate,short healing time of wound-surface,and not easily recur- rent, etc, merits.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
