切开挂线单向紧线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘38例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察切开挂线单向紧线术治疗尚位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效,回顾性分析采用切开挂线单向紧线术治疗的38例高位复杂性肛瘘患者在一次性治愈及后遗症状方面的治疗效果。结果显示,36例一次性完全治愈,其中有2例肛门轻度缺损偶有肛门轻微潮湿,2例切口假性愈合后二次切开治愈,其一次性治愈率为94.7%。随访3个月至1年,无复发。结果表明,采用切开挂线单向紧线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘具有一次性治愈率高、肛门功能保护良好、避免肛门锁眼畸形的发生,无肛门失禁、前移及变形等优点。This study was to observe the clinical effect of incision thread-drawing and one-way thread-tight- ening procedure for high complex fistula in ano, retrospectively analysed the curative effects of 38 cases with this fistula.As resuhs,36 cases were cured primarily and completely,among the 36 cases 2 had mild injury of anus,occasionally suffered from moisture of anus, another 2 received secondary operation due to fake healing of incision;thus the primarily curative rate was 94.7% （36/38） ;the follow-up of 3-12 months did not find any recurrence case.Results show that above-mentioned procedure for high complex anal fistula has such merits as high primarily curative rate,protecting anus to have good function,avoiding formation of anal keyhole deformity,without anal incontinence,front moving as well deformed,etc.
