自动弹力线套扎注射术治疗老年直肠前突38例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察自动弹力线套扎注射术治疗老年直肠前突的疗效,对38例老年直肠前突患者采用自动弹力线套扎注射术治疗。结果显示,本组手术时间18.7 min,住院时间5～7 d。近期排便困难症状均明显改善,随访3个月,丢失2例,再次出现排便困难8例,总有效率为73.68%。术后无大出血、感染、肛门失禁及肛门狭窄,无直肠阴道瘘。结果表明,自动弹力线套扎注射术治疗老年直肠前突疗效确切,安全、有效。This study was to observe the effect of automatic thread-elastic ligature and injection in the treatment of senior rectocele, analysed 38 cases of senior rectocele treated with above procedure.As results, among whom operative time was 18.7 rain,hospital stay was 5-7 days;within short-term their dyschesia （defecation disorder） all got improved ~ the follow-up of 3 months（2 cases lost） found 8 cases again suffered from dyschesia,thus the total effective rate was 73.68%;after surgery no massive bleeding,infection, anus ineontience,anal stenosis rectovaginal fistula were found. Results show that above-mentioned therapy for senior rectocele has certain effect,is safe and effective.
