摘 要:随着对手术外科、重症监护室(ICU)等科室患者血液凝固情况床旁快速检测(POCT)的需求越来越大,凝血快速检测技术及方法引起学者及商业的广泛关注。采用电磁振动原理,通过动力学建模,建立由弹性支撑和电磁感应器件组成的振动系统微分方程,并进行谐响应分析与振动疲劳耦合分析,优化分析结果并搭建测试装置。利用本装置与凝血试剂配套,建立POCT快速检测血凝的标准曲线,并与进口POCT凝血仪进行方法学比对。结果表明,本研究设计的传感器一阶固有频率为11.368 Hz,其与进口POCT凝血仪测试结果相关性达到0.996,重复性达到0.002。设计的电磁振动式凝血过程动态测试传感器可以满足临床检测精度的要求,本研究可为开发干生化凝血过程动态测试POCT仪器提供核心技术。With the increasing needs for rapid POCT(point of care testing) of patients' in surgical surgery,ICU(intensive care unit) and other departments,rapid detection techniques and methods of blood coagulation arise wide attentions in both academia and the business community.By using the principle of electromagnetic vibration and establishing the dynamics model,the differential equation of vibration system composed of elastic support and electromagnetic induction devices is set up.The harmonic response analysis and vibration fatigue coupling analysis are carried out,the analysis results are optimized and the experimental device of the electromagnetic induction testing sensor is established.The experimental device is coordinated with blood coagulation reagent to obtain standard POCT rapid blood coagulation detection curve,which is compared with the testing curve with the imported POCT blood coagulation instrument.The results show that,the first-order natural frequency of the designed sensor is 11.368 Hz,the correlation between the designed sensor and the imported equipment is 0.996,the testing repeatability of the designed sensor can reach 0.002.Hence,the designed blood coagulation testing sensor based on electromagnetic induction can meet the accuracy requirements of clinical detection.This work can provide the core technology for the development of POCT instrument on blood coagulation dynamic testing for dry biochemical method.
