健康反刍动物源饲用芽孢杆菌的分离筛选和鉴定

摘　　要：为筛选到性能良好的芽孢杆菌,笔者在呼和浩特郊区的几个健康牛羊养殖场采集了粪样、水样等28份样品进行芽孢杆菌资源调查。经分离和纯化培养,共分离出疑似芽孢杆菌35株,并通过16S r RNA及17项生化鉴定对其作进一步的确认和属种鉴定。经16S r RNA分析,有15株为芽孢杆菌属;再经染色镜检,生化试验结果与《常见细菌系统鉴定手册》对比,有枯草芽孢杆菌4株(占26.7%)、蜡状芽孢杆菌5株(占33.3%)、泛酸芽孢杆菌3株(占20.0%)、环状芽孢杆菌2株(占13.3%)、球形芽孢杆菌1株(占6.7%)。说明呼和浩特市郊区健康牛羊养殖场芽孢杆菌以枯草芽孢杆菌和蜡状芽孢杆菌为主,占60%。In order to screen bacillus with good performance. 28 fecal and water samples were collected from several healthy cattle and sheep farms in the suburb of Hohhot.A total of 35 strains of suspected bacillus were isolated and purified, and subsequent confirmations were made by 16S rRNA and 17 biochemical tests. The results showed that 15 strains of bacillus were analyzed by 16S rRNA.The bio- chemical test results were compared with the common bacterial system identification manual, and there were 4 strains of Bacillus subtilis （ 26.7 % ）. 5 strains of Bacillus c e re us （ 33.3 % ） ; 3 strains （ 20% ） of p antothe nic acid bacillus. 2 strains （ 13.3 % ） of Bacillus cireldans ; 1 strain of Bacillus sphaericus （6.7%）. Conclusion：Bacillus subtilis and bacillus cereus were the main bacillus for the healthy cattle and sheep farms in the suburb of Hohhot, accounting for 60%. The next step of the study will be to screen the bacterial properties and further develop the application of the excellent probiotics.
