除草剂对三种毒害草叶绿素的影响研究

摘　　要：笔者采用盆栽法,利用SPAD-502 Plus叶绿素计每隔24 h记录样品的数值,样品为北芸香[Haplophyllum dauricum(L.)G.Don],徐长卿[Cynanchum paniculatum(Bunge)Kitagawa]和狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L.)分别喷施57%2,4-滴丁脂、41%草甘膦异丙胺盐、200 g/L草立枯3种除草剂。结果表明,喷施41%草甘膦异丙胺盐除草剂,北芸香防除效果较好;喷施200 g/L草立枯除草剂,徐长卿防除效果较好;喷施41%草甘膦异丙胺盐除草剂,狼毒防除效果较好。The experiment was used to test the value of the samples every 24 hours using the chlorophyll meter. The samples were sprayed with 57% 2, 4-D butyrate, 41% glyphosate isopropylamine salt, and 200 g/L herbicide-dry three herbicides for the Haplophyl- lure dauricum （L.） G. Don, Cynanchum paniculatum （Bunge） Kitagawa, Stellera chamaejasme L., respectively. The results showed that spraying of 41% glyphosate isopropylamine herbicide, the effect of the control of Haplophyllum dauricum （L.） G. Don was better. Spraying 200 g/L herbicide herbicide, the effect of the control of Cynanchum panic ulatum （Bunge） Kitagawa was better. Spraying 41% glyphosate isopropylamine herbicide, the effect of the control of SteUera chamaejasme L. was better.
