细胞凋亡抑制因子Survivin的表达水平与自发性早产的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞凋亡抑制因子Survivin的表达水平与自发性早产的关系。方法选择2015年12月-2017年12月中山大学附属第八医院住院分娩的80例产妇,其中自发性早产40例,足月产40例。采集两组胎盘,采用细胞凋亡因子Survivin免疫组化SP法和Survivin mRNA定量测定逆转录-聚合酶链反应法,对两组Survivin的表达水平进行检测和对比。结果观察组Survivin因子阳性率27.50%,明显低于对照组(57.50%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.667,P=0.001);观察组阳性细胞百分比(56.32±4.85)%,明显低于对照组(71.16±7.23)%,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.103,P=0.000);观察组Survivin-mRNA阳性率为20.00%,明显低于对照组(47.50%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.679,P=0.000);观察组SurvivinmRNA相对表达量为(0.68±0.17),也明显低于对照组(2.06±0.35),差异具有统计学意义(t=3.476,P=0.021)。结论自发性早产组Survivin表达水平低下,与早产呈负相关关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression level of apoptosis inhibitory factor survivin and spontaneous preterm labor. Methods A total 80 cases of maternal childbirth from December 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital,including 40 cases of spontaneous preterm birth,40 cases of full-term birth,were selected as the research objects,. The placentas of the two groups were collected. The expression levels of survivin in the two groups were detected and compared by apoptosis factor survivin immunohistochemical SP method and survivin mRNA quantitative detecting reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（ RT-PCR）. Results The positive rate of survivin factor in the observed group and the control group was 27. 50% and 57. 50%,respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ χ^2= 5. 667,P = 0. 001）. The percentage of positive cells in the observation group and the control group was（ 56. 32 ＋ 4. 85） % and（ 71. 16 ＋ 7. 23） %,respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ t = 6. 103,P = 0. 000）. The positive rate of survivin-mRNA in the observation group and the control group was 20% and 47. 50%,respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ χ^2= 6. 679,P = 0. 000）. The survivin-mRNA relative expression in the observation group and the control group was（ 0. 68 ＋ 0. 17） and（ 2. 06 ＋ 0. 35）,respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ t =3. 476,P = 0. 021）. Conclusion The level of survivin expression in the spontaneous preterm labor group is lower. There is a negative relationship between the level of survivin expression and preterm labor.
