2015～2016年无锡市疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析无锡市2015~2016年疑似预防接种异常反应的特征,评价系统运行情况,提出针对性改善预防接种质量的措施,为疫苗安全性评价提供科学依据。方法收集2015~2016年无锡市报告的AEFI个案数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2015~2016年,无锡市AEFI监测系统共收集到2 397例个案报告,报告发生率为69.12/10万剂,其中一般反应占85.6%,以发热、红肿、硬结为主,异常反应以过敏性皮疹为主,89.7%的AEFI发生在接种1 d内,AEFI发生率较高的疫苗为无细胞百白破(145.11/10万剂)、含麻类疫苗(115.59/万剂)。结论无锡市2015~2016年疫苗AEFI发生率低,临床症状轻,疫苗安全性较好。AEFI监测系统运行成熟,数据质量较好。Objective To analyze the features of adverse events following immunization（AEFI） in Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province,China during 2015 ～ 2016,evaluate the implementation of AEFI surveillance system,take the measure to improve the quality of vaccination and provide a scientific basis for the safety evaluation of vaccine. Methods The data on AEFI in Wuxi during 2015 ～ 2016 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 2 397 cases were collected in the monitoring system of AEFI in Wuxi during 2015 ～ 2016,indicating an incidence of 69. 12/100 000 doses,of which 85. 6% were common reactions such as fever,redness and induration. However,abnormal reactions were mainly allergic skin rash. A portion of 89. 7% of AEFI occurred within 1 d after immunization. Acellular DTP（145. 11/100 000 doses） and measles-containing vaccines（115. 59/100 000 doses） induced relatively high incidences of AEFI. Conclusion The incidence rate of AEFI was low in Wuxi City,while clinical symptoms were mild,indicating high safety of the vaccines. The AEFI monitoring system rans well and the data quality was good.
