摘  要:目的比较分离胶促凝管、氟化钠抗凝管在不同的保存方法和保存时间下测定血液葡萄糖值的变化。方法对100例门诊患者采取早晨空腹静脉血,所用试管为分离胶促凝管、氟化钠抗凝管,10min内离心,分离血清和血细胞,分别对当天即时结果与放置不同时间下加盖和未加盖的分离胶促凝管和氟化钠抗凝管在2~8℃冰箱中保存的血液葡萄糖值以及把即时的血清吸到eppendorf管中保存在2~8℃冰箱中保存不同时间下进行比较。结果分离胶促凝管即时血糖值结果与加盖放置6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h的结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与96 h,120 h,144 h至1周的血糖值结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分离胶促凝管即时结果与未加盖2~8℃放置6 h,12 h,24 h的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而放置48 h,72 h,96 h,120 h,144 h至1周的血糖值均较即时的结果偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将血清标本吸到eppendorf管中放置6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h,120 h,144 h所测得的血糖值与即时血糖值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),放置至1周结果与即时的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);氟化钠抗凝管即时结果与加盖放置各时间段结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分离胶促凝管具有很好的分离血细胞和血清的作用,标本放置72 h血糖值与即时血糖值差异不明显,但前提是要即时离心及冷藏加盖保存。Objective To compare the change of blood glucose in vitro under different methods of preservation and preservation time by using gel-removing coagulation tube and sodium fluoride anticoagulant tube.Methods Fasting venous blood samples of 100 outpatients were collected,and the samples were maintained in separate gel coagulation tube and the sodium fluoride anticoagulant tube. The samples were centrifuged within 10 minutes,and the serum and blood cells were separated. Concentrate of blood glucose in serum were detected at different time points( immediately,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h,120,144 h,and a week after centrifuged)and at different storage condition( with cap or without cap,stored in blood sample tube or in eppendorf tube),and all the samples were stored in the freezer( 2 ~ 8℃). Results The concentration of blood glucose in the samples stored in the gel-promoted coagulation tube with caps( at the time points 6 h,12 h 24 h,48 h,and 72 h)were similar to that of immediately after centrifuged,the differences were not statistically significant( P〉0.05).The concentration of blood glucose at the time points 96 h,120 h,144 h,and a week after centrifuged were significantly different from that detected immediately( P〉0.05). The concentration of blood glucose in the samples stored in the gel-promoted coagulation tube without caps( at the time points 6 h,12 h,and 24 h) were not differentfrom that detected immediately( P〈0.05). However,after been placed for 48 h,96 h,120 h,144 h,and a week in the gel-promoted coagulation tube without caps,the concentration of blood sugar were significantly higher than that detected immediately( P〈0.05). The concentration of blood glucose in the samples stored in the eppendorf tube( 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,96 h,120 h,and 144 h) were similar to that detected immediately( P〉0.05). But it was different from that detected immediately after been stored for one week( P〈0.05). For the samples stored in the sodium fluoride anticoagulant
