摘  要:为了研究围生期奶牛肝功能指标的动态变化,试验选择产前45天的奶牛40头,每隔5 d尾静脉采血,检测血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)活性及白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)含量。结果表明:血清AST、ALP、GGT活性在产前10天之前比较稳定,随后开始显著升高(P〈0.05);产后AST和GGT活性较高;ALP在分娩当天出现峰值,之后急剧下降;产前45天到分娩当天血清ALT活性和ALB、TP含量变化不明显,接近分娩有下降的趋势,之后显著上升。说明围生期奶牛的肝功能指标出现异常变化,这会严重影响奶牛的生产性能,应在奶牛围生期改善饲养管理,加强监测力度。The aim of the present study was to investigate the dynamic changes of liver function indexes in perinatal cows. Forty cows of 45 days before birth were selected and their blood was collected from tail vein every 5 days. Then the activities of aspartate aminotransferase( AST),alanine amino transferase( ALT),alkaline phosphatase( ALP),γ-glutamyl transferase( GGT) and concentration of serous total protein( TP),albumin( ALB) were measured. The results showed that the activities of AST,ALP and GGT in serum were stable before prenatal 10 d and then increased significantly( P〈0. 05). The activity of serous AST and GGT showed a higher level after childbirth,serous ALP reached the peak in calving day and then decline sharply. The changes of serous ALT activity and the concentration of serous ALB and TP were not obvious before the calving day. These indexes showed a downward trend near the calving day,then increased significantly. The results indicated that the abnormal changes of liver function index in perinatal period seriously affected the production performance of dairy cows. Therefore,it was necessary to improve the breeding management and strengthen the monitoring in the perinatal period.
