传统针灸在现代康复医学神经发育疗法中的运用价值评价

摘　　要：目的探究传统针灸在现代康复医学神经发育疗法的临床效果与特征。方法 2015年4月至2017年4月我院接收并进行就诊的中风后偏瘫患者138例作为本次试验研究的分析对象,并将抽取的对象按照随机数表法分为研究与对照两组各69例,对照组采用常规治疗,研究选择传统针灸联合现代康复医学神经发育疗法治疗,观察并分析两组不同方法的治疗效果,包括不同方法治疗后患者的治疗有效率与肌张力恢复评分等指标。结果抽取的两组分别应用常规疗法与传统针灸联合现代康复医学神经发育疗法治疗,结果显示,研究组患者治疗后Bathel指数评分为(54.6±14.5)分明显优于对照组常规治疗的评分为(36.9±10.5)分,且治疗后研究组患者下肢FMA评分为(21.6±5.8)分,优于对照组下肢FMA评分为(16.3±2.5)分,且研究组治疗的有效率为94.20%优于对照组的有效率为81.16%,数据差异性较大(P<0.05),具有统计学研究价值。结论针对中风后偏瘫选择应用传统针灸联合现代康复医学神经发育疗法可以起到较好的效果,能有效的改善患者的肢体运动评分,值得推荐和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect and characteristics of traditional acupuncture on neurodevelopmental therapy in modern rehabilitation medicine. Methods In April 2015 to April 2017, our hospital receives of post-stroke hemiplegia patients and 138 cases as the analysis object of the study, the extraction of object according to the random indicator method and divided into research and comparison of two groups 69 cases, control group using conventional treatment, including the different methods for the treatment of patients after treatment efficient and muscle tension score metrics such as recovery. Results The extraction of two groups of application of conventional therapy and the traditional acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with modern rehabilitation medicine neurodevelopmental treatment, the results showed that the team after treatment in patients with Bathel index score was（54.6±14.5） points better than the control group routine treatment score was（36.9±10.5） points, and the group after treatment in patients with lower limb FMA score was（21.6±5.8） points, is better than that of control group in lower limb FMA score was（16.3±2.5） points, superior to that in the control group and treatment group effective rate was 94.20% effective rate was 81.16%, larger data difference（P〈0.05）, with statistical research value. Conclusion The application for post-stroke hemiplegia select traditional acupuncture combined modern rehabilitation medicine neurodevelopmental therapy can play a good effect, can effectively improve the patients＇ limb movement score, to recommend and application.
