摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在糖尿病社区护理中的应用效果。方法抽取社区在2016年1月至2017年12月380例糖尿病患者进行分析,给予平均分组,参考组选择一般护理干预;实验组选择健康教育护理措施,对比两组的临床效果。结果经过分析两组的血糖情况/血压值以及体重指数等内容,实验组远远强于参考组,差异较大(P<0.05),具有临床对比价值。结论针对社区糖尿病患者开展健康教育的护理干预,能够有效控制病情,维持血糖稳定,改善生活质量,提高治疗效果,促使身体康复,降低并发症,具有良好的运用价值,适合临床的推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of health education in diabetes mellitus intake nursing. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 380 diabetes patients in the community were analyzed. The average group, the reference group selected general nursing intervention; the experimental group selected health education nursing measures, compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results After analysis of the two groups of blood sugar. The blood pressure and body mass index were much stronger in the experimental group than in the reference group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention of health education is aimed at the diabetes patients in the community, it can effectively control the condition. To maintain blood glucose stability, improve quality of life, improve treatment effect, promote physical recovery, reduce complications, has good application value, suitable for clinical promotion and application.
