超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞在上肢手术中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的针对需行上肢手术患者按照超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞展开麻醉并辅以对应护理的具体效果展开分析。方法本次研究按照对比治疗的模式展开,共计纳入病例90例,于2016年3月至12月行常规臂丛神经阻滞治疗患者45例,为对照组。2017年3月至12月行超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉45例,为观察组。针对两组患者具体效果展开分析。结果 (1)两组术中麻醉情况分析:结合统计可知,在麻醉起效时间、麻醉操作完成时间以及麻醉维持时间方面,观察组均存在有显著优势,P<0.05;(2)两组不良反应以及护理满意度分析:观察组在本次研究中仅1例患者出现不良反应,表现为麻醉阻滞不完善,而对照组则有5例出现不良反应,2例为Horner综合征,1例局部麻醉中毒,1例麻醉阻滞不完善,P=0.000,χ2=8.928。而在护理满意度上,观察组依旧存在有显著优势,P<0.05。结论针对需行上肢手术患者,按照超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉并辅以有关护理,可有效提升该部分患者麻醉质量,并提升护理满意度。Objective To analyze the specific effect of anesthesia in patients undergoing upper extremity surgery under the guidance of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block and corresponding nursing. Methods The study was conducted in accordance with the comparative treatment model, a total of 90 cases included in the March 2016 to December routine brachial plexus block treatment of 45 patients as a control group. Results（1） Analysis of anesthesia in the two groups： According to the statistics, we can see that the observation group has significant advantages in anesthesia onset time, anesthesia operation completion time and anesthesia maintenance time, P〈0.05;（2） Adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction analysis： In this study, only 1 patient in the observation group showed adverse reactions, showing incomplete anesthesia, 5 patients in the control group had adverse reactions, 2 patients were Horner syndrome, 1 Cases of local anesthesia poisoning, 1 case of anesthesia block, P= 0.000, χ2=8.928. In nursing satisfaction, the observation group still had a significant advantage, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients who need upper extremity surgery, in accordance with ultrasound-guided intermuscular brachial plexus block anesthesia supplemented with care, which can effectively enhance This section of patients anesthesia quality, and improve nursing satisfaction.
