摘　　要：以往村座规划中“关门做规划、村民当客人”的一元化编制和管理方式已经不能适应现代农村的发展需要。要唤醒农村地区的“乡愁”，从村庄规划编制及管理角度讲，关键是要打破现有“送规划下乡”的模式，从规划思路、理念，主体、程序和成果表达等多方面，实现从精英规划向众智规划的转型，全面推动村庄的精细化管理。Previous preparation and management methods of ＂closed-door planning, villagers as guests＂ in village planning have not met the development needs of modem villages. To recall the homesickness in rural areas, from the perspective of village planning preparation and management, the key is to break the pattern of ＂planning going down to the village,＂ and to realize the transformation from elite planning to public wisdom planning from aspects of planning idea, concept, stakeholder, procedure, and outcome expression, hence fully promoting refined management of the village.
