摘　　要：为响应国家"一带一路"倡议,中国机械设备工程股份有限公司(CMEC)在沿线某保税区投资建设某产业园区项目。论文从业主角度,分析了各项目参与方在项目管理中的不同定位,描述了业主方在项目过程中履行决策、计划、组织、协调和控制等职能的实践和体会,并提出了思考和建议。In favor of the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂, CMEC invests in an industrial park in a free trade zone. As the owner＇s project manager, the author analyzes each participant＇s role in the project, presents his practice on project management including to decide, plan, organize, coordinate and control, and proposes his thinking and advice for future improvements.
