知识图谱视角下国内土地财政研究态势的追踪分析

摘　　要：研究目的:基于土地财政相关文献的追踪分析,为该领域研究提供更客观、科学的参考。研究方法:运用知识图谱工具分析了近些年来CSSCI数据库收录的土地财政相关论文。研究结果:该领域主要内容涉及土地财政的概念、形成动因、社会效应与改革方向,5篇经典文献构成了该领域研究的主体框架,而该领域研究的演化路径经历了概念界定、形成动因探究、社会效应分析以及改革转型阶段,未来该领域将侧重对城市扩张、公共治理、权益保障、新型城镇化建设、转型与升级的研究。研究结论:当前经济发展新常态的背景下,专家、学者应加强对土地财政改革和有效实现土地财政转型与升级的研究,从而为相关实践提供科学的理论指导。The purposes of the paper is to provide a more objective and scientific reference for the the relevant research field based on the analysis of the extant literature of land finance. The method is using the knowledge map tool to analyze the land finance related papers collected by CSSCI database in recent years. The results show that the main contents of the field include concept, form reason, social effect and reform direction. The five classic literature constitutes the main body of the research framework in the field. And the evolution paths of research in this field experienced the concept definition, the form reason explore, the social effect analysis and the reform transition. In the future, the research will focus on urban expansion, public governance, rights protection, new urbanization, transformation and upgrading. In conclusion, given the new normal economic development condition, experts and scholars should strengthen the research on land finance reform and the effective implementation of land finance transformation and upgrading to provide the scientific theoretical guidance for the relevant practice.
