摘 要:在室内条件下测定了温度、湿度和紫外线对二点委夜蛾微孢子虫存活力及其杀虫效果的影响。结果表明,该微孢子虫的耐受温度范围较宽,存活的临界高温在50~55℃之间。环境湿度对微孢子虫的侵染能力影响显著,相对湿度在75%~84%条件下,微孢子虫对二点委夜蛾幼虫的侵染能力最强,湿度过高或过低都不利于微孢子虫侵染寄主。微孢子虫经紫外照射后,对二点委夜蛾幼虫的侵染能力明显下降,紫外灯照射5 min后对二点委夜蛾幼虫的致死率较未经紫外照射的处理下降了81%。Effects of temperature, humidity and ultraviolet radiation on viability and virulence of the microsporidia of Athetis lepigone were determined in lab. The results showed that tolerance temperature range of microsporidia was relatively wide, and upper limit of the critical temperature for its survival was about 50-55℃. Influence of environmental relativity humidity on pathogenicity of microsporidia was significant, and microsporidia showed the strongest ability to infect A. lepigone larva under condition of relative humidity ranged from 75% to 84%, while too high or too low humidity was a disadvantage for its infection. The ability of microsporidia to infect A. lepigone larva declined significantly by ultraviolet ray treatment and dropped for 81% after 5 minutes ultraviolet ray treatment comparing to the control.
