摘　　要：目的分析Centerpiece技术后路单开门术治疗脊髓型颈椎病患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选择我院收治的8例脊髓型颈椎病患者,对其实施采取Centerpiece技术的后路单开门术治疗,对所有患者的临床疗效和安全性进行收集和分析。结果所有患者在治疗后均取得较好疗效,治疗后JOA评分相比治疗前明显提升,VAS评分相比治疗前明显降低,所有差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而治疗前后的颈椎活动度和颈椎曲度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时相比治疗前患者的影像学检查结果也有明显差异。结论通过使用Centerpiece技术后路单开门术对脊髓型颈椎病患者治疗,可取得明显更佳的治疗效果,并可保证治疗安全性,有较高临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of posterior approach with center piece technique in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods Eight patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were treated with posterior approach with Center piece technique and the clinical efficacy and safety of all patients were collected and analyzed. Results All the patients achieved better curative effect after treatment. The JOA score was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the VAS score was significantly lower than that before treatment. All the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in cervical vertebra activity and cervical curvature before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. At the same time compared to pre-treatment patients with imaging findings are also significantly different. Conclusion Posterior single-door surgery using centerpiece technique can achieve significantly better therapeutic effect on patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and it is of great clinical value to ensure the safety of treatment.
