摘　　要：目的探究椅旁护理配合在牙髓病治疗中的应用。方法对照组使用一般常规的护理方法,而观察组在对照组的基础上选用优化椅旁护理配合。结果两组患者实施不同护理干预后的SDS评分、SAS评分及心率指标都有很大的差别。结论椅旁护理为临床治疗牙髓病损害提出了一种有效的护理干预方法和手段,值得有更广范围的推广和应用。Objective To explore the application of chair side nursing coordination in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods In the control group, the general routine nursing coordination was carried out, while the observation group was optimized by the chair side nursing care on the condition of the control group. Results The SDS score, SAS score and heart rate index of the two groups were very different after different nursing intervention. Conclusion The side chair nursing provides an effective nursing intervention method and means for the clinical treatment of dental pulp disease damage. It is worth a wider range of popularization and application.
