摘　　要：基于一个民警假扮社会工作者诱捕吸毒人员的案例,对事件中社会工作所受的伦理冲击和规避对策进行了分析。文章认为民警这种执法方式属于引蛇出洞式执法。在梳理了民警采用引蛇出洞式执法的可能原因,分析了民警假扮社工诱捕吸毒人员对社会工作伦理的可能冲击,文章认为会降低社会工作的行业公信力,并让社会工作者面临伦理困境。为了规避类似的执法行为,文章认为:其一,在法律法规层面,要完善规制此类事件的制度条款;其二,建议公安机关运用大数据手段提升刑事侦查的效能和精准性;其三,社会工作行业协会应该加强与相关部门的沟通,发挥维护会员权益的作用。Social work is a profession ＂filled with values＂ and ethics is a guide to the action of values. The ethical code of social work mainly plays a role of self-discipline in the industry. This paper is based on a case of a policeman posing as a social worker to trap drug abuser. In this paper we analyzed the ethical impact on social work in the incident and the countermeasures to avoid it. We thought that the law enforcement method of the police belongs to the law enforcement method of ＂leading the snake out of the hole＂, and combed the possible reasons for the police to adopt the law enforcement method. We analyzed the possible impact of police posing as social worker on the ethics of social work, and thought that it would reduce the credibility of social work industry and make social workers face ethical dilemma. At last we thought as these： firstly, in the level of laws and regulations, the regulation of this kind of events system provisions should be perfected ; secondly, the public security organs should use big data means to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of criminal investigation; thirdly, Social work associations should strengthen communication with relevant departments and play a role in safeguarding the rights and interests of members.
