警察良心的道德影响力

摘　　要："良心"是伦理学研究的重要范畴。警察良心具有鲜明职业特点,对警察个体及其道德行为具有影响力。警察良心的道德影响力存在差异,表现在"良心边际效应"、"道德成本"差异和道德认知上。因此,削弱"良心边际效应"、增加"道德成本"和端正道德认知是培育警察良心的核心目的。加强典型选树、优化考评机制、推动警察伦理立法、警察个体注重道德修为构成警察良心培育的内外途径。＂Conscience＂ is one of the important categories of ethics. Police conscience has distinct professional characteristics and has great influence on police individuals and their moral behavior. The influence of police conscience also has significant differences itself. Otherness of police conscience performances at below three aspects： the marginal effect of conscience, the differences of moral cost and the differences of moral cognition. Based on this, minimizing the influences of the marginal effect of conscience, maximum the moral cost and correcting the moral cognition are core purposes of fostering police conscience. So highlighting models of excellence, improving the mechanism of selection and evaluation and promoting legalization of morals are exterior routes of police conscience cultivating. Also noteworthy is that police officers should pay closer attention to their moral cultivation themselves.
