FDI与“国际分工陷阱”——基于发展中东道国GVC嵌入度视角

摘　　要：本文利用9个发展中经济体2000—2014年面板数据,实证研究了FDI对发展中东道国"国际分工陷阱"的影响,并考察不同GVC嵌入度下该影响的差异。研究表明:FDI固化了发展中东道国的国际分工地位,不利于其摆脱"国际分工陷阱";在具体的影响机制中,FDI的溢出效应和制度质量提升效应有利于发展中东道国脱离"国际分工陷阱",但FDI通过研发阻止效应增加了发展中东道国脱离"国际分工陷阱"的难度。进一步,适度嵌入GVC,溢出效应与制度质量提升效应对其脱离"国际分工陷阱"的正向影响最大,过高或过低地嵌入GVC,溢出效应与制度质量提升效应均不明显。随着嵌入GVC程度的加深,FDI的研发阻止效应逐渐增强,越不利于其脱离"国际分工陷阱"。本文的研究对发展中国家合理利用外资、摆脱"国际分工陷阱"具有一定的参考意义。Using the 2000-2014 panel data of nine developing countries, this paper conducts empirical study about the influence of FDI on ＂trap of international division of labor＂and checks the distinctive influence under different GVC embedding degrees. Result shows as follows： FDI holds back the developing host countries to break away from ＂trap of international division of labor＂ and has solidified the transformation of international division of labor. As to the specific mechanisms, FDI will improve the international division of labor through spillover effect and institutional quality enhancement effect, while FDI also increases the difficulty of departing from ＂trap of international division of labor＂ by the blocking effect of R＆D implemented by FDI for developing host countries. Further, within a moderate scope of GVC embedding, spillover effect and institutional quality enhancement effect will have the most positive impact on departing from ＂trap of international division of labor＂. Forming a contrast, spillover effect and institutional quality enhancement effect will be not obvious under more higher or lower embedding GVC degrees. With the deepening of GVC embedding,the blocking effect of R＆D will turn to be more strengthened, and developing host countries will have more difficulty to span ＂trap of international division of labor＂. The research results above will have a certain reference significance to utilize the FDI rationally and break away from ＂trap of international division of labor＂for developing countries.
