摘　　要：棘球蚴病是一种是由棘球绦虫的幼虫寄生于人体所致的严重的人兽共患寄生虫病,分布于除南极洲以以外的全球各地,严重影响着流行区畜牧业发展和居民身体健康。药物治疗是治疗棘球蚴病的手段之一,但其临床效果尚不够理想。随着研究及治疗经验的不断积累,药物治疗已取得一些进展。现将部分西药、中药对棘球蚴病治疗的进展作一综述。Hydatidosis is a serious zoonotic parasitic disease caused by Echinococcus larvae within the human body. The disease distributes all over the world except the Antarctica region, significantly affecting the development of animal husbandry and impairing human health. As one of the therapies for human hydatidosis, drug treatment shows promising clinical efficacy. Development on drug treatments has been made due to the accumulating research and treatment experience. This paper reviews the research progress on the treatment of the hydatidosis with some western medicine and Chinese traditional medicine.
