摘 要:一个城市或区域的工业遗址、工业景观类资源景区不仅能成为旅游休闲中心,还可以以此为平台建设文创旅游产业园区,构建科技创新、文化创意中心乃至高端服务中心,从而延伸区域产业价值链,促进工业、商业、旅游、文化的深度融合集聚。通过实地调研与Google地图扫描展开案例分析,发现南风古灶陶瓷工业遗址景区经历核心资源景区化—旅游景区品牌化—资源景区创意园区化—创意园区中心平台化的过程,逐渐成为佛山陶瓷产业转型升级发展的文化体验中心+高端服务平台,可为其他城市或区域文创业、工业、商业、旅游休闲业的融合集聚提供有益启示。Based on the field investigation and Google map scanning,this paper found the Nanfeng Ancient Kiln Ceramic Cultural and Creative Park had experienced the following stages: The resources-based scenic spot,the famous scenic spot brand,the creative park and the service platform of ceramic industry. It had gradually upgraded as the culture experience center and the high-level service platform of Foshan ceramic industry. The results showed that industrial sites and industry landscape scenic resources of a city or region did not only become a tourism and leisure center,but also a platform of cultural creative and technological innovation center,and even the high-level service center,so as to extend regional industry value chain,and promote the agglomeration of cultural creative industry,industry,commerce,tourism and leisure.
