摘　　要：老年活体供肾肾移植是治疗尿毒症的方法之一,但肾功能随供者年龄增长而下降,因此老年活体供肾者及受者术后并发症风险高,疗效仍有争议。本文对老年活体供肾肾移植的相关研究进行综述。Kidney transplantation from older living donor is an important option to treat uremia. But living kidney donation from older donor remains controversial due to higher incidence of comorbidity and greater risk of postoperative complications in both donors and recipients because of decreasing renal function with aging. The outcome of kidney transplantation from older living donor is reviewed in this article.
