法制视角下高校网络阅读推广机制的思考

摘　　要：阅读推广正步入一个法律规范时代,而网络阅读是目前大学生阅读的主要形式之一。文章通过分析大学生网络阅读的优点和缺点,研究当前高校图书馆网络阅读推广的法制路径,进而探讨高校图书馆在阅读立法背景下网络阅读推广机制的建立。高校图书馆要用法律或制度正确地引导大学生进行网络阅读,促进大学校园网络阅读文化的健康发展。Reading promotion is entering an era of legal norms, while the network reading has become one of the main forms of current university students. Through the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of university students＇ network reading, this paper studied the legal path of current network reading promotion in university library, and then discussed the construction of network reading promotion mechanism under the background of reading legislation.University library should guide the students to carry on the network reading correctly with the law or the system,and promote the healthy development of university campus network reading culture.
