摘　　要：随着网络技术的飞速发展,信息获取手段多元化的现象日益明显,图书馆作为传统信息中心的地位已经发生了改变,供需矛盾已经成为图书馆当前发展的主要矛盾之一。如何通过供给侧改革,促进图书馆信息服务体系的质量和效率进一步提升,使图书馆摆脱现有困难继续健康发展,是图书馆工作者需要研究的问题。文章将以供给侧改革为切入点,探讨图书馆信息服务体系的思路转变,并对图书馆信息服务体系的构成以及图书馆信息服务体系转型升级及运行模式等问题进行探析。With the rapid development of network technology, the diversification phenomenon of information acquisition means has become increasingly evident. Library is no longer the traditional information center, and the contradiction between supply and demand has become one of the main contradiction in current development of library. How to promote the further enhancement on the quality and efficiency of library information service system, and get rid of the existing difficulties to continue the healthy development through supply-side reform, is the core problem for library workers. This paper took the supply-side reform as the breakthrough point to study the changes about the idea of library information service system, and analyzed its structure as well as the transformation and upgrading operation mode.
