摘 要:搭建了双井水溶造腔的试验装置,采用室内模型实验的方法研究了不同注水流量和井间距时腔体体积扩展规律。结果表明:(1)排卤口卤水浓度随注水流量的增加而减小,腔体体积随注水流量的增加而增加;注水流量越大,盐岩壁溶蚀速率也越大,注水口溶蚀速率要大于排卤口溶蚀速率。(2)井间距对卤水浓度的影响没有注水流量明显,浓度随井间距的增加缓慢地增长;井间距对溶腔体积的影响也较小,井间距由2 cm增加为4 cm,腔体体积增长了2%,井间距由6 cm增加到8 cm,腔体体积仅仅增长了1.8%;井间距主要影响腔体的扁平程度,井间距越大,腔体形状越扁平。该研究可为现场开展小井间距双井水溶造腔提供指导。The experimental device of two-well solution mining was set up,and the law of cavity volume expansion in different injection flow and interwell distance was studied by laboratory model experiment. The results indicate:( 1) the concentration of brine at outlet decreases with the increase of injection flow,cavity volume increases with increasing injection flow; injection flow is larger,the salt rock dissolution rate is also bigger,and the water filling nozzle dissolution rate is greater than the outlet;( 2) the interwell distance has no significant effect on brine concentration,the concentration of brine at outlet increases slowly with increasing interwell distance; well spacing also have small effect on cavity volume,when well spacing increases from 2 cm to 4 cm,the cavity volume increases by 2%,and when well spacing increases from 6 cm to 8 cm,the cavity volume rises by only 1.8%; the well spacing mainly affects the flat degree of the cavity,the larger of the well spacing,the shape of cavity is more flat.This research could provide guidance for two-well solution mining with small interwell distance at field.
