凉山州三县抗病毒治疗的艾滋病感染者及病人现况与疗效分析

摘　　要：目的了解凉山州昭觉县、宁南县及德昌县(以下简称"三县")接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗的感染者及艾滋病人(HIV/AIDS)现况及疗效,为制定针对性的艾滋病防治措施提供依据。方法通过凉山州ART临床辅助诊疗与管理信息系统下载2016年三县在治的HIV/AIDS相关信息,包括年龄、婚姻状况等人口学特征及传播途径、治疗方案及治疗效果等病例信息,统计分析其现状并比较三县间的差异。结果 2016年三县共有1 801名HIV/AIDS在治,昭觉县1 065例,宁南县178例,德昌县558例。年龄主要集中于30~49岁,昭觉县以静脉吸毒传播为主,宁南县、德昌县以性传播为主。三县在治HIV/AIDS患者年龄、传播途径方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗方案方面,三县均以3TC+EFV+TDF为主;治疗效果方面,昭觉县与德昌县的CD4+T淋巴细胞数量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),昭觉县与宁南县、德昌县病毒载量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凉山州三县接受抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS在年龄分布、传播途径和治疗效果等方面存在差异,应针对性制定防治措施。Objective To understand the current situation and the antiviral treatment effect of HIV/AIDS positives and patients from Zhaojue county, Ningnan county and Deehang county in Liangshan prefecture, and provide the basis of prevention and control measures. Methods Data were downloaded from Liangshan prefecture ART clinical auxiliary diagnosis and management information system, and choose the related information about HIV/AIDS patients of three counties in 2016, including demographic characteristics and case information, such as age, marital status and route of spread, treatments and therapeutic effects. Analyzed the current situation and compared the differences between the three counties. Results In 2016, there were 1 801 HIV/AIDS patients in there counties, about 1 065 in Zhaojue, 178 in Ningnan, and 558 in Dechang. The age was mainly 30 -49 years old. Patients from Zhaojue County were mainly infected by intravenous drug use. Patients from Ningnan and Dechang County were infected mainly by sexually transmitted. The differences in age and spread of HIV/AIDS in three counties were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In terms of the treatment plan, all the three counties were based on 3TC ＋ EFV ＋ TDF. In terms of therapeutic effect, the difference of CD4 ＋ T lymphocytes in Zhaojue and Dechang counties was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the difference of viral load between Zhaojue, Ningnan and Dechang was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There were differences in age distribution, spread route and therapeutic effect of HIV/ AIDS in there counties in Liangshan prefecture, the prevention and control measures should be targeted.
