摘  要:以车用花键轴为研究对象,制定了其冷挤压成形工艺方案。利用Deform-3D有限元软件模拟了花键轴的终成形过程,分析了花键轴终成形过程的损伤和载荷。选取摩擦因数μ、凸模速度v和坯料长度h三个工艺参数进行正交试验及参数优化。结果表明,各参数对成形载荷的影响顺序为:坯料长度>摩擦因数>凸模速度,且坯料长度对花键轴终成形载荷大小具有显著影响。得出最优的挤压工艺参数组合为:摩擦因数为0.05、凸模速度为10 mm/s、坯料长度为178.8 mm。优化后的最大损伤值为0.467,较初始参数下的损伤值降低了12.9个百分点;优化后当凸模行程为10.6mm时,成形载荷达最大为56.71kN,较初始参数下的最大载荷降低了43.3个百分点。In this paper,a cold extrusion process of the vehicle spline shaft was developed.The final forming process of the spline shaft was simulated by Deform-3 D.The damage and load in the final forming process of the spline shaft were analyzed.The three parameters including friction coefficientμ,punch speed vand billet length h were selected for orthogonal test and parameter optimization.The results show that the influence of each parameter on the forming load is as follows:billet length friction coefficient punch speed and the billet length has a significant effect on the load of the spline shaft final forging.The optimum extrusion parameters are as follows:the friction coefficient is 0.05,the punch speed is 10 mm/s and the billet length is 178.8 mm.The maximum damage value is 0.467 after optimization which is 12.9 percent lower than the initial and the maximum forming load is 56.71 kN when the punch stroke is 10.6 mm which is 43.3 percent lower than the initial.
