摘  要:某汽车地板中通道常规的冲压工艺方案是直接采用拉深工艺,将产品的绝大部分形状一次拉深到位,后工序再对法兰搭接面进行整形,得出最终产品。但是经过AutoForm软件对该工艺方案分析后发现:其零件的成形性较差,拉深成形力较高,约9 400kN,且材料利用率较低,约63.50%。通过对地板中通道的一次拉深到位+局部整形的工艺方案进行研究,分析了成形性较差的原因,提出了一种优化的拉深+翻边整形的成形工艺方案,实现了零件成形性的改善,降低了拉深成形力,同时大幅度提升了材料利用率。The conventional stamping process of the floor channel for a car uses the drawing process directly.Most of the product shapes are one-step drawing in place and then the final product is obtained by reshaping the flange lap surface.But after the process analysis using AutoForm software,it was found that the formability of the part was poor,the drawing force was high about 9 400 kN and the material utilization rate was low about 63.50%.An optimized process of drawing and flanging shaping was proposed through the research of the one-step drawing and local reshaping process for the floor channel and the analysis of the poor formability.The formability was improved,drawing force was reduced and the utilization rate of materials was greatly improved finally.
