摘 要:在一台满足国Ⅳ排放法规的4缸柴油机上,进行了满足国Ⅵ排放法规的换气系统开发的试验研究,试验采用可变喷嘴环涡轮增压器(VNT)和废气再循环(EGR)控制阀,对EGR率的引入进行精确控制,配合喷油参数的调节,研究其对柴油机性能和排放的影响。结果表明:VNT可实现发动机EGR率的有效引入,可大幅度降低发动机机内NOx排放水平,但烟度上升明显;EGR阀配合VNT关闭度调节,在保持机内NOx排放不变的基础上,可实现比油耗(BSFC)和烟度的折中;在引入EGR的基础上,配合喷油参数优化,可在满足发动机国Ⅵ原排放控制目标的前提下,保持发动机BSFC水平与原机基本相当或略好。The experimental study of gas-exchange system development which adapts to stage Ⅵ legislation of China is carried on a stage Ⅳ 4-cylinder diesel engine. A VNT turbocharger and a EGR valve are applied to control the rate of EGR precisely. And the performance and emission of the engine are studied with the calibration of parameters of fuel injection. Experimental results show that,VNT can control the introduction of EGR effectively,and reduce the NOxemission greatly,however,the smoke emission increased sharply. The coordination of BSFC and smoke can be realized by adjusting the open rate of EGR valve and the close rate of VNT on the condition of constant NOxemission. With the introduction of EGR,the good result of BSFC can be achieved with the optimization of the parameters of fuel injection on the condition of meeting the target of engine out emission.
