摘  要:目前中国物流市场仍然无法实现全程配载,商用车空载或半载仍是普遍现象,为解决驾驶员手动操作不及时,复杂工况不易操作的问题,在手动节油开关的基础上开发智能节油器,智能节油器在理论上能够自动判断车况,迅速转换发动机工况,有效节省燃油,但实际使用过程中,很有可能出现动力不足、节油效果不佳的情况,本文针对此问题,设计了整车试验方案,对智能节油器进行参数标定,尽可能减小节油器对动力性的影响,并进行详细的整车动力性、经济性试验,验证其节油器效果。At present,the logistics market in China is still unable to realize the whole process with full-load,and it is still common for commercial vehicle to be empty or semi-loaded. In order to solve the problem that the driver's manual operation is not timely and difficult in complex working condition,the intelligent economizer is developed on the basis of"fuel-saving switch". Intelligent economizer can automatically regulate engine working condition quickly based on the engine condition to achieve fuel effieciency theoretically.However,in actual use,it is very likely that there is insufficient power and fuel economy is poor to address this issue,a whole vehicle test plan is designed to carry out parameter calibration of intelligent fuel economize in order to reduce power impact as much as possible. Power and economic performance of the vehicle were evaluated by the detailed tests using the intelligent fuel economizer.
