摘 要:介绍了喷油嘴座面关键特性参数角度和粗糙度的测量方法,并对2个参数进行了相关的检测试验,对于座面角度,使用圆柱度仪扫描座面母线的方法,可以获得更加准确稳定的测量结果,对于座面的粗糙度,使用非破坏性检测法时,测量效率高,成本低,同时,对2个测量系统进行了重复性和再现性的分析,结果满足要求。The detection method of geometric parametersin the nozzle seat which includes angle and roughness was introduced,and the relevant test of the two parameters were carried out. For the angle,the more accurate and stable measurement result can be obtained by using the cylindricity instrument to scan the generatrix line of the seat. For the roughness,the measurement efficiency was high and the cost was low by using the non-destructive testing method. At the same time,the repeatability and reproducibility of the two measurement system were analyzed,and the results met the requirements.
