纸电同步趋势下我国高校图书馆开展读者决策采购(PDA)的策略分析

摘　　要：读者决策采购源于欧美国家图书馆的图书采购并且发展迅速,这得益于他们具备较高的图书纸电同步出版环境。针对我国的图书纸电同步出版现状,高校图书馆应开展联盟式外文电子图书读者决策采购;与馆配电子图书平台合作,开展中文图书读者决策采购实践;调整馆藏策略,加大电子图书馆藏比重,形成对出版方的良性倒逼;打破固有思路,创新服务模式,开展类读者决策采购服务。Parton Driven Acquisition（PDA） originates from book purchasing in European and American libraries and gets rapid development,which is due to the synchronized publishing environment of paper and electronic books. Related research in China focuses on typical cases of European and American libraries and the reference to domestic libraries, instead of the synchronized publishing background of paper and electronic books. It is suggested to adopt alliance PDA of foreign language e-books, cooperate with e-book supplier platform to carry out the practice of Chinese books PDA, adapt collection strategy with enlarging e-books ratio, and innovate service mode of PDA.
