摘 要:幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)是1983年首次从慢性活动性胃炎患者的胃黏膜组织中分离成功,是目前所知能够在人胃中生存的唯一微生物种类,本文对HP的尿素酶、空泡毒素、细胞毒素、黏附素、过氧化氢酶、膜炎性蛋白、十二指肠溃疡促进因子及脂多糖抗原进行阐述,以便学者对HP抗原的研究近况进行了解,对未来筛选高效抗原并增加抗原的表达量、探索HP表位疫苗中表位结合的新型方式等相关研究奠定基础。Helicobacter pylori was separated from gastric mucosa of chronic gastritis patients for the first time in 1983,and it is the only species known to be able to survive in the human stomach.The Urase,Vacuolating cytotoxin,cytotoxin,adhesin,catalase,Outer Inflammatory Protein,duodenal ulcer promoter factor and lipopolysaccharide antigen of HP were reviewed in this paper,so that scholars can understand the recent research situation of HP antigen.The above study lays the foundation for future screening of high efficient antigen and increasing the expression of antigen,and exploring new methods of epitope binding in HP epitope vaccine.
