摘　　要：目前针对电力信息安全的制度还不完善,而保障电力运行信息的安全性才能保证电力系统安全,可靠的运行,因此提出了基于AHP的电力运行信息安全管理风险评估方法。分析了信息安全管理理论,对信息安全体系技术和风险评估流程进行了研究,针对电力系统运行的实际情况并咨询相关领域专家意见,构建了层次化电力信息风险评价指标体系,对层次分析法的数学模型进行了分析,并提出了基于层次分析法的电力信息风险评估模型。根据厦门电力公司电力运行信息数据进行了算例分析,采用已经构建的指标体系构建层次模型求取相应的权重值,然后根据专家评分,得到厦门电力公司的信息安全评分为88.65,信息安全处于较为安全的状态,并根据指标权重的评估值在管理方面提出了相应的决策建议,为提升电力系统的稳定运行提供了科学的指导意见。As for the safety of power information system is not perfect,and guarantee the safety of electric power operation information to ensure the safety of electric power system,reliable running,so,this article put forward the electric power operation information security management risk assessment based on AHP method.This paper analyzes the theory of information security management and studies the process of information security system technology and risk assessment.Based on the actual situation of power system operation and consultation with experts in related fields,this paper constructs a hierarchical power information risk assessment index system.The mathematical model of analytic hierarchy process is analyzed,and the model of power information risk assessment based on ahp is presented.According to the power operation information data of xiamen electric power company,an example analysis is carried out.Already was used to construct the index system of building the hierarchical model to calculate the corresponding weight value,and then according to the experts marking,Xiamen electric power information security score is 88.65,information security is in a state of relatively safe,According to the evaluation value of index weight,the corresponding decision-making Suggestions are put forward in management.Scientific guidance is provided to improve the stable operation of power system.
