摘 要:测试测量小阻值电阻的电气性能是实现装备制造领域内设备精密检测的关键技术之一。通过对传统微小电阻测量方法优缺点的研究与分析,提出了一种基于STM32F407的小阻值测量系统设计与实现的改进方法。系统采用具有高稳定性的恒流源作为激励加载在待测电阻上,选用单片机STM32F407作为核心处理器,利用串联电阻分压原理、A/D采样变换实现待测电阻数值的采集,分别通过去耦电路和温度传感器来抑制干扰和实时监测系统工作温度,保证电阻数值不受其他因素的影响,实现对电阻的高精度测量。在PC上利用LabVIEW的GUI软件对小阻值测量系统进行测试,实测结果表明,基于STM32F407的小阻值测量系统设计方案是可行的,测量结果能够满足系统设计需求。One of the key technologies for equipment precision detection in the field of equipment manufacturing is to test and measure the electrical performance of small resistance resistors.Through the research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional micro resistance measurement method,this paper proposes an improved method for the design and implementation of the small resistance measurement system based on STM32 F407.The system uses a constant current source with high stability as the excitation load on the tested resistor.It uses microcontroller STM32 F407 as the core processor,using the series resistance divider principle,A/D sampling transverter to achieve the acquisition of the resistance value to be measured.It is through the decoupling circuit and temperature sensor to suppress interference and real-time monitoring system operating temperature,to achieve high-precision measurement of resistance.Finally,the small resistance measurement system is tested on PC using LabVIEW GUI software.The experimental results show that the design scheme of small resistance measurement system based on STM32 F407 is feasible,and the measurement results can meet the design requirements of the system.
