摘　　要：潜油电泵作为现在石油开采中的主要设备,为保证长期可靠的运行以提高经济效益,井下工况的实时监测就尤为重要。因此,研究设计了潜油电泵井下监测参数的测量电路,并分别给出了入口温度、电机绕组温度、入口压力、出口压力、振动X轴、振动Y轴这几个参数的测量电路及其简单说明。通过室内试验及室外模拟井试验,验证了各参数的测量电路精度高,测量范围广,可以将井下相应参数准确无误地进行采集、传输,最终实现对潜油电机的长久稳定运作进行监测与保护,提高经济效益。Submersible electric pump is the key equipment to ensure the long term reliable operation in the oil production these days.To improve the efficiency it is very important to monitor the downhole working condition in real time.This paper is a study about the design of underground electric submersible pump with several parameters,it includes measuring circuit of input temperature,motor winding temperature,input pressure,outlet pressure,vibrations in Xand Yaxes,and the leakage current.This work also includes the instructions about mentioned measuring circuits of several parameters.Through indoor test and outdoor simulated well test,it is proved that the measuring circuit of each parameter has high precision and wide measuring range.It can accurately acquire and transfer the corresponding parameters of the downhole,and finally realize the monitoring and protection of the long-term stable operation of the submersible motor and improve economic efficiency.
