摘 要:针对光幕坐标测试系统中现有数据采集方案系统复杂、传输速率低、不适用于大靶面测试等问题,提出了基于FPGA控制的总线级联式数据采集传输技术研究方案。该方案利用多片FPGA采集由前端调理电路生成的高速密集数字信号,各FPGA以总线的方式级联、驱动CAN总线控制器进行数据协议转换,控制信号及数据信息均通过总线加以传输。仿真与实验测试结果表明,该方案结构灵活、实时性好、稳定性强,其最高传输速率可达1MBit/s、采集路数多至上千路,满足同步性、可扩展性、高精度和高速率的要求。In the view of the problems that the existing data acquisition system was complicated,low transmitted,and not suitable for the large target test in the coordinate measurement system,a research on high-speed intensive data acquisition and transmission technology was proposed.The scheme utilized multi-chip FPGAs to collect the high-speed and intensive digital signal generated by the front conditioning circuit,and each FPGA was concatenated by the CAN bus.FPGA drove the CAN bus controller for data protocol conversion.The control signals and data were all transmitted over the bus.Simulation and experimental results showed that the scheme had the advantages of flexible structure,good real-time performance and strong stability.The maximum transmission rate is up to 1 MBit/s,and the acquisition routes is more than a thousand.The results of analysis verified that the scheme designed for coordinate measurement system is satisfied.
