摘 要:目的检测耐消毒剂基因在本院呼吸科病房病原菌中的携带情况,并探讨其与细菌耐药谱之间的关系。方法收集南京中医药大学附属医院呼吸科病房2017年1~6月所分离出来的所有病原菌,对细菌进行常规生化鉴定和药物敏感试验,同时采用PCR法检测耐消毒剂基因qac EΔ1-sul1,smr,qac A/B、qac G和qac J在菌株中的携带情况,使用Pearson相关性分析探讨耐消毒剂基因与细菌耐药之间的关系。结果此次分离的270株病原菌中绿脓假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌分离率最高,共有35株检出qac EΔ1-sul1基因,其余基因均未检出,经Pearson相关性分析分析耐消毒剂基因的携带情况与耐药谱之间的关系,两者间无明显关联(r=0)。结论本医院呼吸科病房内耐消毒剂基因以qac EΔ1-sul1最为常见,建议开发使用新型消毒剂或改变传统消毒方法,同时加强对各病区的消毒效果监测。Objective To investigate the antiseptics resistant gene profiles in the isolates collected from respiratory department in our hospital, and to explore its correlation with drug resistance profiles of these isolates.Methods A total of 270 isolates collected from the respiratory department of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Traditional Medicine from Jan. 2017 to Jun. 2017. Identification and antibiotic susceptibility test was determined by Vitek 2 Compact system. qac E Δ 1-sul1, smr, qac A/B, qac G and qac J genes were analyzed by PCR.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between disinfectant resistant genes and bacterial drug resistance. Results In total, 270 isolates were collected from respiratory department. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniae were most common among them. qac EΔ1-sul1 gene was detected positive in35 isolates and the other genes were detected negative. Pearson correlation analysis showed than there was no correlation between antiseptics resistant genes carrying and drug resistance(r=0). Conclusion Qac EΔ1-sul1 gene is most common in the respiratory department of our hospital, suggesting an urgent need for new antiseptics and effective control and prevention measures.
