民用飞机参数溯源链研究与分析

摘　　要：本文面向民用飞机整机、结构、系统等产品的工程测量需求,通过分析对比国内外民用飞机的计量保障现状,提出应从产品设计、制造、试验、试飞和运营维修等过程中定义的关键测量参数出发,结合产品参数溯源链的梳理分析活动,系统研究分析这些典型环节中各类通用/专用测试设备、综合性试验系统及其校准技术现状。最后,通过总结提炼当前民用飞机产品参数量值溯源的普遍问题,针对性地提出了完善民用飞机计量保障体系的工作建议,供民用飞机工程技术与管理人员共同探讨。This paper aimed at the engineering measurement demands of the whole, structure and system of civil aircraft, by analyzing and comparing the domestic and foreign metrological guarantee status, it is proposed that through the key measurement parameters defined in product design, manufacturing, test, test flight, operation and maintenance, the current situation of various general / special test equipment, comprehensive test system and calibration measurement technology in those typical links should be systematically researched and analyzed according to the combing and analyzing activities of product parameter traceability chain. Finally, through summarizing and refining the common problems of the current civil aircraft product parameter traceability, this paper put forward some suggestions on improving the civil aircraft measurement guarantee system, which can be discussed by civil aircraft engineering technology and management personnel.
