摘  要:高等教育国际化是当今高等教育发展的必然趋势,这已是世界高等教育的共同理念。国际化办学特色已成为地方高校拓展自身办学空间和提升自身核心竞争力的重要实施方略。国内高校可以通过国际化来弥补自身智力资源的不足的问题,共享其他国家的优质教育资源。《中美人才培养计划》121双学位项目是以中美高校学分学历互认为基础的共同合作与管理的新型中美高等教育双向交流与合作项目,对缺乏国际交流的西部高校的传统人才培养模式带来很大冲击。Internationalization of higher education is an inevitable trend in the development of higher education, which is the common concept of higher education in the world. The internationalization of running schools has become an important strategy for local universities to expand their own school space and enhance their core competitiveness. Colleges and universities in China can make up for their insufficient intellectual resources through internationalization and share the quality educational resources of other countries. The "Sino US talent training program" 121 double degree program is a new two-way exchange and cooperation project based on the mutual recognition of academic credits of Chinese and American colleges and universities. It has brought a great impact on the traditional talent training model of western colleges and universities which lack international exchange.
