摘　　要：目的:研究XXX医院普通医务人员专利知识的知晓程度,提出增强医务人员专利教育的方法。方法:通过问卷调查了解医务人员的专利知识,统计分析2010-2015年XXX医院的专利申请情况,科研处管理人员根据统计数据提出目前存在的问题,并根据问题提出改进方法。结果:目前医院普通医务人员的专利知识薄弱,专利申请少,专利转化率偏低。可通过全体医务人员的专利知识培训、专业专利代理机构的协助、知识产权综合管理人才的培养、激励机制的建立等方面改善医院专利申请的质和量。结论:通过多种方法有望增强三甲医院医务人员专利相关知识及提高专利申请的质和量,将对医院创新发展有重要意义。Objectives： Investigate the status of patent knowledge of general medical personnel in XXX Hospital and how to enhance the patent education for the medical personnel. Methods： Questionnaire survey was performed to find out the patent knowledge of the medical personnel; the existing problems and improvements were proposed by the research administrators, according to the statistical analysis of patent application in XXX Hospital during 2010 to 2015. Results： The patent knowledge of general medical personnel was very poor; the amount of patent application and the rate of patent translation were at very low level. Multiple methods including more and better training of patent knowledge for all medical personnel, assisting of professional patent agencies, enhanced training for the patent administrators, establishing incentive mechanism were proposed to improve the quantity and quality of the patent application. Conclusions： The improvement of patent knowledge and the quantity and quality of the patent application can be achieved for the medical personnel by multiple methods, which has important significance for the innovation and development of grade 3A hospitals.
