党建工作视角下大学生现代就业意识培养探究

摘　　要：现阶段,高校教育教学中尤为重视党建工作与学生就业意识的培养,也是各院校人才培养的重要研究内容。党建工作视角下大学生现代就业意识包含:创新意识、努力奋斗意识、基层服务意识。党建工作下提高学生就业意识培养,构建大学生党建和就业意识相互影响的制动体制,推动大学生党建工作与学生高效就业,为学生职业生涯发展奠定基础。对此,笔者基于党建视角下,就学生现代就业意识培养进行简要分析。At this stage, college education and teaching attaches special importance to the cultivation of party building work and students＇ employment awareness, and it is also an important research content for the training of talents in various institutions. The modem employment awareness of college students from the perspective of party building includes： awareness of innovation, awareness of hard work, and awareness of grassroots services. Under the party building work, students＇ awareness of employment training should be improved, the construction of the university students＇ awareness of the influence of party building and employment consciousness should be built, and the party building work of college students should be promoted and the students should be employed efficiently to lay a foundation for their career development. In this regard, based on the perspective of party building, the author briefly analyzes the cultivation of students＇ modem employment awareness.
