摘  要:为满足空间压电直线电机驱动要求,通过对不同压电驱动电路的性能对比,设计了一种以OP07CP+PA95为核心的电压控制型驱动放大电路,通过理论推导确定电路中的电阻及电容值,从而设计驱动放大电路的放大倍数及频带宽度,利用频率分析仪测量驱动放大电路所得到的波特图验证了理论的合理性,对所设计的驱动电路的线性度、分辨率进行了测试,并对比了PA95与PA94的工作温度。实验结果表明,该驱动放大电路性能良好,各项指标满足设计要求。In order to meet the space piezoelectric linear motor drive,by comparing the performance of different piezoelectric drive circuits,a voltage-controlled drive amplifier with OP07 CP+PA95 as the core was designed.Through theoretical deduction to determine the resistance of the circuit and capacitance values,which designed to drive amplification circuit amplification and bandwidth.The Bode diagram of driver amplifier circuit obtained by the frequency analyzer was used to verify the rationality of the theory.The linearity and resolution of the designed driving circuit were tested.The operating temperature of PA95 and PA94 were compared.The experimental results show that the driving amplifier has good performance and meet the design requirements.
